RETURNS

We accept returns. For UK customers you must make us aware that you wish to return the item within 14 days of purchase. For International Customers please make us aware within 21 days. We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • When returning an item, please ship it in waterproof packaging.
  • Please write on a piece of paper in the package: your name, your order reference number, your payment details and the reason for return.
  • We will aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please keep a record of your shipping reference number to prove you shipped it in a timely fashion in case of postal delays due to strikes or weather.
  • If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned to us after 30 days from purchase date - we reserve the right to not process the refund.

If we are not at fault:

  • If you have changed your mind upon receiving the item we do accept returns. The item must be returned in the condition we sent it within the time frame mentioned above.
  • You are responsible for the item until we have received it.
  • You must pay for the return shipping.

If we are at fault:

  • We accept that at times we make errors with items, either we miss faults or make mistakes with measurements. If a fault was not mentioned or shown in the photos of the item - you are of course allowed to return your item for inspection and refund. Please look below for the requirements for this type of return.
  • In the situation where we are at fault we will fund your return shipping, up to the price of Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel (£3.39).
  • The cost of the shipping label will be added to your refund.
  • The same return deadlines apply as previously stated.
  • International customers must return their order at their own cost, even if it is our own fault.

In the case of a missed fault:
  • Please provide photographic evidence of the fault.
  • If the fault is either mentioned in the description or shown in the photographs then we do not accept responsibility.
  • The item must be returned without additional damage.

 

Inaccurate Measurements:

  • With vintage jeans and trousers it is common for them to change shape over time. As a result not all label measurements are accurate. We measure the Waist, Inside leg and Rise of all our Jeans/Trousers/Shorts to ensure measurements are accurate. We only accept responsibility if our own measurements are incorrect. If you believe we have made a mistake, please have a look at our ‘How to Measure Guide’. We only accept responsibility if our measurements are inaccurate having used the techniques from that guide our measurements are inaccurate. Once receiving the return we will measure the item again ourselves to check whether the mistake is our own, only if we conclude that the mistake is our own will we refund you the cost of postage.

  • Return to Address specified above within 30 days of purchase and have notified us within 14 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds if the item is returned late or not in the condition we posted it in.
  • Please place a piece of paper in the parcel with your order reference number, name, payment details and reason for return.
  • The customer must pay for return shipping unless we are at fault. In that case will add the cost of return shipping to your refund.
